Return and Refund Policy

Return

Physical Products: We want you to love your purchase! If you aren’t completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Return Shipping: To ensure your return reaches us safely, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a service with tracking, as we are unable to process refunds for items that do not arrive.

Digital Products: MP3 downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a quick email to let you know it’s arrived. As long as the item is in its original condition, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that while we process refunds right away, it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the transaction on your statement.
